Push Talent was founded in 2014 with a simple frustration: recruitment had become a numbers game. CVs fired off in bulk, candidates ghosted, clients treated as order forms. We wanted to build something different — a consultancy where consultants know their market inside out and genuinely care who ends up where.
Eleven years on, we're a team of specialist recruiters working from offices in Glasgow, London and Manchester, placing people into roles across technology, finance, engineering and the boardroom. We've made over 2,400 placements, but the number we're proudest of is the 96% of candidates still in their roles a year later.
We're big enough to have reach and small enough to care. That's the balance we work hard to keep.
And yes — the name is a bit of a nod to our roots. A good career move is a lot like a clean git push: the right work, committed with care, deployed somewhere it can finally run. We just handle the pipeline.
